At Quick Austin Limo, we strive to provide you with a transparent and friendly explanation of our services and charges. Here’s a breakdown of what you need to know:
The cost estimate you receive on your reservation confirmation is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provided when booking. Please note that it may not represent the actual cost of your trip. Factors like wait time, taxes, extra stops, or additional services can influence your final charges, which will reflect your actual usage. Keep in mind that reservations in international markets may incur mileage charges, and our rates can change without prior notice. Quick Austin Limo is not responsible for delays or service disruptions due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
Hourly Billed Reservations
For hourly billed reservations, charges are calculated from the moment the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns. Typically, there’s a standard hourly minimum of 2 hours, although certain markets or specialty vehicles may have a higher hourly minimum.
We understand that delays happen, and our logistics team works diligently to ensure chauffeurs have sufficient time to be in position before your reservation pick-up time. You are granted a window of time to meet your chauffeur at the requested pick-up time and location without incurring waiting time charges.
For airport pickups, we closely monitor all commercial airline arrivals to ensure on-time service. There’s a grace period of 45 minutes for domestic arrivals and 75 minutes for international arrivals. After this grace period, we apply waiting time charges, accruing them in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
For all other pickup locations besides airports, we allow a 15-minute grace period. Waiting time charges will apply after this grace period and will accrue in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
The base rate represents the initial charge for transportation services. It covers the basic service cost, excluding gratuity, airport fees, fuel surcharge, and taxes.
For your convenience, we include a discretionary gratuity in each reservation, typically following the industry standard of 20% of the base rate of the vehicle. This gratuity goes directly to your chauffeur. However, please remember that gratuity is voluntary, and you can negotiate or waive it at any time based on your satisfaction with the service.
ADM (Additional Duty or Miscellaneous) Charge
Various government bodies impose this fee, which covers a small fraction of our operational costs, including reservation handling, monitoring, airport, regulatory, licensing, and other fees.
We charge an $18.00 Airport fee for all arrivals to cover parking and fees. Please note that these fees may change without notice due to decisions made by governmental authorities.
Taxes can change without notice, as various governmental agencies impose them. We charge taxes as they are incurred, including TT/AA Tax, Port Authority Tax, and Local, State, or Federal Government Implied Tax.
The toll charge represents any toll incurred by the chauffeur between pickup and drop-off destinations, as well as during the return trip. Tolls are calculated for all flat-rate transfers based on the most efficient route, and we bill them as they are incurred for hourly reservations.
We trust that this detailed breakdown helps clarify our terms and charges, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience with Quick Austin Limo. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
